Privacy policy

Data processed by KingSOS Auto. Depending on the features you use, we may process your name, email, phone, country and account identifiers; precise location, routes, origin, destination and address searches; requests, offers, trips, bookings, listings, ratings and reports; chat, photos, audio, identity documents, driving licence, insurance and provider verification; transactions, KingCash, commissions, withdrawals, references and receipts; and IP address or device identifiers, Advertising ID, app version, crashes, performance and security events. The app does not bulk-read your address book: you enter a trusted contact yourself.
Purposes. We use this data to create and protect accounts, connect customers and independent providers, show maps and routes, operate SOS/Taxi/Guardian/chat, verify providers, process payments and withdrawals, issue receipts, provide support, monitor stability, show ads to users without an applicable benefit, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. On the website and digital market we also process form, WhatsApp, order and delivery information you submit voluntarily.
Processors and transfers. We use Supabase for infrastructure and database services; Google Maps, Places and Identity for maps, addresses and sign-in; Google AdMob and its consent platform for advertising; Sentry for diagnostics; Culqi and Izipay for payments; and the configured email provider for operational messages. Each provider receives only the data needed for its function and applies its own terms. KingOps does not store the complete card PAN, CVV or banking password. Sharing a Guardian link or PDF, or opening WhatsApp/email, is initiated by you.
Permissions, security and retention. Camera, microphone and location are requested when a feature needs them; you can revoke them in Android, although that feature may stop working. Production communications use HTTPS and sensitive local credentials are protected with Android Keystore. We retain operational data while an account is active and as needed for support, security, disputes and financial, tax or legal duties. Data with no retention duty is deleted or anonymised after a verified request; backups are purged under their technical cycle, normally within 90 days.
Your rights. You may request access, correction, objection or deletion from your registered email at legal@kingops.lat. KingSOS Auto users can start deletion and review its effects through the official account-deletion channel. You may also withdraw advertising consent through the privacy options shown by the app where required.

KingSOS Auto campaign measurement (updated October 3, 2026). We use TikTok App Events to measure installs, launches, confirmed registrations, request/service actions and confirmed purchases (amount, currency and general product type), and attribute advertising campaigns. TikTok may receive advertising/device identifiers, technical app/network data and event information. We do not send email, phone, identity documents, vehicle plates, precise location, free-text messages or card details in TikTok events. The provider may process data outside Peru. You can manage the advertising identifier in Android and exercise your rights via legal@kingops.lat; applicable consent choices will be respected. See also TikTok’s privacy policy.
